Refund Policy

NOT SURE ON YOUR ITEM AND NEED TO RETURN IT?

We can offer a refund or a replacement on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact within 28 days of delivery. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.

Please ensure that you return the goods to us folded and in their original packaging.

If you have received an item as a gift, you may return it for a credit note. Please reach out to contact@tailhigh.co.uk and the Team will resolve this for you.

I ORDERED FROM ONE OF YOUR STOCKISTS, CAN I RETURN IT TO YOU?

We are not able to process any returns for items that have not been purchased directly from TAILHIGH.UK, either in store or online. Please contact the original retailer.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

We aim to process all returns within 10 working days of receipt at our warehouse. Depending on your banking provider, refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.

WILL MY DELIVERY CHARGE BE REFUNDED?

Returns are at the cost of the customer unless faulty or an error has occurred. In such an instance please contact us by email to arrange a free return. We cannot reimburse return shipping costs if items have been returned without contacting us first.

Once we have received your return, this will be processed within 7-10 working days. Once the refund has been made it would take up to 7 working days to receive the amount back into your bank account depends on your card issuer. Please be advised that we will notify you only when the return has been processed. All returns must be received in their original condition and packaging, including product tags.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

We are currently not able to exchange products. If you need a different size or colour, you will need to return the item(s) and place a new order. Your return will be refunded once it has been received and processed at our warehouse.

Please Note – During peak periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, orders may take a little longer to process.
