  • OUR PROMISE
    TAILHIGH embodied all of its goods to the highest standards of engineering and testing to ensure long-lasting durability in even the most challenging conditions. We proudly takes full responsibility for the high quality of our products. If you ever find that one of our products doesn't function properly, simply contact TAILHIGH.UK customer service. If we find that the product didn't live up to our standards, we'll repair it or exchange it free of charge. In other cases, we'll provide the necessary repairs for a reasonable fee. Please understand that we will not be able to repair damage caused by unreasonable usage or, in certain cases, the natural lifespan of the product.
  • FREE PRODUCT EXCHANGE AND REFUND
    1. If a defect occurs within 7 days after receiving the product 2. In case of 3 or more failures for the same defect point during the warranty period
  • CONTENTS OF PAID WARRANTY
    1. In case of damage or malfunction due to external physical impact 2. When the customer disassembles the product arbitrarily 3. In case of failure due to external factors other than product defects 4. In case of failure due to natural disasters (fire, lightning, gas, earthquake, etc.)
  • QUALITY ASSURANCE
    The quality guarantee period is one year from the date of purchase, and in the case of quality problems caused by product defects, free and paid warranties are available as follows.
  • APPAREL WARRANTY
    TAILHIGH will warranty any apparel with a manufacturer defect for up to one year from the date of purchase. Damages due to wear and tear or failure to follow care instructions are excluded from our apparel warranty.
